Brandon and JP at the 2508 E. Main St. store in Farmington were simply fantastic. We were traveling thru town in our RV and needed help on a Saturday afternoon. They worked us in and then followed up on Monday to ensure that everything was completely fixed and we were safe to continue our cross country journey. Will (the mobile technician) was extremely competent and professional. This is a top-notch super place.
After a rock punctured our transmission pan our Toyota needed a quick repair to get us back on the road. Roger and the crew at Four States was able to get our car serviced in two days, so we could continue our trip to the Grand Canyon. Great service when we really needed it!
On vacation 1000 miles from home and a check engine light came on. Showed up at 0730 On a Friday when y'all opened. Spoke with Dave. Even though you were booked til Monday, your representative went over and above and found an alternative mechanic that could get us on the road today. Excellent customer service. Almost wish I needed tires, because your place is where I would get them. Kudos to your staff. Dave deserves a raise. He's making your establishment look really good. 😁👍
While wheeling in mountains I shattered a u joint on on my jk, no local driveshaft repair shops, Cameron at four states worked me in even though they were extremely busy, sourced the parts we needed for the 1350 driveshaft, repaired the damage the shaft did when it exited the jeep and got me back on the road, all at a very fair price. Thanks again, great service.
I’ve been going to Four States for over 11 years. During that time I’ve had all my oil changes, repairs, purchased all my tires there. In the last year it has changed and though about moving on. Today, as I was driving from Dolores to Cortez my windshield wiper quit working. It was snowing on and off. Decided to pull intoFour States in a panic as snow was in the forecast. I was told by the guy at the counter that the soonest they could look at it was Monday. It was Wed when I went in. I told him I could wait and he said no. I will never return. I immediately drove to the Community Garage at 725 E. Main in Cortez and the gentleman stopped what he was doing and fixed my windshield wiper. I just found my NEW SERVICE AND AUTO REPAIR. They are awesome!
